Job Title: Senior Online Marketing Analyst
Remote: 1 day per week only 
Status: Contract to hire/Direct Hire

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Online Marketing Analyst to assist with the designing of the online marketing campaigns.  The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in assisting with campaign strategy and media planning across multiple accounts and platforms. This person should be able to suggest ways to improve and grow existing campaigns based on information obtained from internal stakeholders as well as other analysts’ reviews and reports.

We are seeking a professional who is detail oriented and a quick thinker.  Should have strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally between teams.  Must be able to build relationships along the way.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Ad trafficking experience
  • Media planning and campaign architecture experience and activation/optimization on search platforms (Google/Bing).
  • Designs and coordinates the implementation of new digital marketing campaigns
  • Day to day activation and operation of accounts
  • Ensures marketing campaigns create a competitive, revenue positive presence for the business
  • Analyzes competitor strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Establishes and configures platform ROI requirements to meet internal campaign goals
  • Analyzes, monitors, and audits assigned campaigns or accounts
  • Develops new strategies and marketing initiatives and creates management recommendations
  • Ensures accuracy of the data (pricing and product information) is up to date
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to create campaigns that are timely and relevant
  • Assists more junior personnel in meeting goals for the Online Marketing department providing guidance and moderate training to lower-level analysts

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience within marketing and with search campaigns
  • Proven hands on keyboard ad trafficking experience
  • Media planning and campaign architecture experience and activation/optimization on search platforms (Google/Bing).
  • Product experience on the search side
  • Strong Knowledge of online marketing and e-Commerce concepts
  • Experience with digital marketing media planning, strategy, and execution
  • Resourceful and efficient research skills
  • Strong communication skills – detail oriented and quick thinking/analytical abilities
  • Team oriented culture – should be able to work well cross functionally and build relationships with various team members.
  • Ideal – experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads Editor
  • Strong experience with MS Office suite of products, including Excel
