Our client is  seeking exceptional Software Quality Engineers
(across all seniority levels) to join our engineering team. This is an extraordinary
opportunity to contribute to the development of products while participating in open source communities such as Kubeflow, TrustyAI, and Kserve, and be at the forefront of the exciting evolution of AI.
This client delivers a robust set of technologies for Data Scientists and MLops
personas such as model development, model serving, data pipelines, Kubeflow
components, and Kubernetes operator development and is expanding into other
areas at a high pace.

 
  • Be an advocate for software quality, expand testing, lead the developers by example in
  • better test development
  • Participate in feature design discussions, reviews, and automated testing. You’ll
  • be responsible for researching new features, designing and implementing
  • automated tests, creating and carrying out test plans, and maintaining and
  • enhancing test frameworks.
  •  Review software design user requirements, validate the definition of done, and drive
  • agile testing practices for the scrum team.
  • Apply your extensive knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software
  • design, bug prevention coverage, and testability.
  • Participate in AI/ML upstream communities to ensure the technologies work on
  • OpenShift and can be integrated with RHOAI
  • Present at OpenShift/Kubernetes, and AI/ML related technology conferences and
  • internally within the AI/ML communities of practice
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of software quality engineering experience including test automation using
  • object-oriented languages and Ansible automation scripts.
  • Passion for writing and automating reliable test code. Well-versed with testing
  • strategies for enterprise software; unit/integration/e2e/smoke/fault testing.
  • 2+ years of experience with the Robot test framework.
  • 2+ years of development experience with Python. Go experience is a huge plus.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Jenkins: creating Jenkins pipelines, debugging tests through log
  • analysis
  • Experience with AI and Machine Learning platforms such as Kubeflow, PyTorch,
  • vLLM, Hugging Face TGI, and KServe
  • Excellent system understanding and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to work on your own in a fast-paced, ever-changing distributed environment
