Required Skills:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in IT risk management, controls, or technology governance.
• Proven expertise in risk assessments, RCSA, and control evaluations across complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT policy frameworks, standards, procedures, and governance practices.
• Hands-on experience with risk and control automation, technology environment assessments, and data risk analysis.
• Practical understanding of AI, GenAI, and AI governance, including risk assessments and AI agent/LLM management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AI system development, AI agent implementation, or AI risk/Governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms, APIs, cybersecurity, or middleware.
• Prior exposure to financial services or highly regulated industries.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong background in AI governance, technical control assessments, and risk management processes tailored to AI/GenAI solutions.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and lead critical risk management initiatives.
• Prepared to start within 2-3 weeks of offer acceptance.
