An exciting opportunity awaits a talented and proactive Full Stack C# Developer to join a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative solutions within the life insurance industry. This role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and remote work, enabling you to contribute to high-impact projects that modernize and scale critical SaaS applications. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong technical acumen, and enjoy solving complex problems, this position is designed for you to make a significant industry impact while advancing your career.

Required Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience developing large-scale software applications
  • Proven expertise in C# and .NET frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks (React, ExtJS)
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and enterprise software design principles
  • Skilled in building web applications and APIs, including RESTful API development
  • Familiarity with SOA concepts and microservices architecture
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server and Postgres
  • Debugging, optimization, and testing skills, including unit and integration testing
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services is a plus, along with professional certifications in relevant technologies.

    Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with Microfrontends and Microservices patterns
  • Front-end development with JavaScript frameworks beyond Angular
  • Ability to mentor and motivate technical teams, including off-shore resources

    Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or engineering; master’s degree preferred

    Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid onsite setting with two days per week onsite
  • Previous experience working on SaaS platforms and Agile methodologies
